welcome to my corner of the internet, bestie! 🥂
I’m Sue-Jan, Notion Consultant and Business Systems Strategist for neurodivergent and chronically ill entrepreneurs who are ready to build systems that support the brain they actually have – not the one they think they should have.
As a neurodivergent and chronically ill babe, I’ve spent literal decades trying to follow neurotypical, abled advice for productivity and systems that never stuck. I'm very intimate with creating unique solutions to everyday problems, and accommodating my unconventional productivity needs.
My approach prioritizes acceptance over judgment, satisfaction and ease, and authenticity over perfection – with experimentation and play being the foundation of my work. Cos productivity is actually fun when you don’t take yourself or your systems too seriously 🙂↕️
From Sue-Jan’s Desk is exactly what it sounds like – notes, reflections and thoughts straight from my desk to yours.
I have so many thoughts about Notion, productivity for neurodivergent brains, mental health, and attempting anti-capitalist entrepreneurship that I couldn’t settle on just one topic for this blog. So posts are a mix of educational and personal experience!
There’s no schedule – when I have something to share I’ll share it, and if not I won’t! Usually I post once a month. I’ve been learning to move with my body’s natural rhythms, so ‘consistent’ looks like this for me!
Let’s get you started with a few posts:
on Notion
on entrepreneurship as a neurodivergent being
on mental health and being chronically ill
